Telemarketing 101 is our entry level Sales course, ideal for individuals who have been in a telemarketing role for less than a year, or for individuals who are not formally in a sales role, but sales has happened to become their responsibility. Within this course, we cover the basics of sales, including how to open a call, using the right questioning techniques to understand your clients needs and how to use this to then sell your product/ service. We also look at the different ways of being able to close the deal on the phone and looking at ways to handle common objections and finish by discussing best practise when following up with prospects after a call. At the end of this one day course, your employee will come away with an understanding of how to structure their calls effectively, and have written examples to be able to utilise in their roles moving forward.
