Our beginner training course is designed for those new to sales or those looking to develop their basic skills in a hands-on learning environment.

Telemarketing 101 is our entry level Sales course,  ideal for individuals who have been in a telemarketing role for less than a year, or for individuals who are not formally in a sales role, but sales has happened to become their responsibility. Within this course, we cover the basics of sales, including how to open a call, using the right questioning techniques to understand your clients needs and how to use this to then sell your product/ service. We also look at the different ways of being able to close the deal on the phone and looking at ways to handle common objections and finish by discussing best practise when following up with prospects after a call. At the end of this one day course, your employee will come away with an understanding of how to structure their calls effectively, and have written examples to be able to utilise in their roles moving forward.

Intermediate – Telemarketing ... from good to great!

Our intermediate training course has been created for individuals with foundational telesales experience who want to refine their skills and boost their performance.

From Good to Great is the ideal course for individuals who have at least 2 years experience in telemarketing. They will have a good foundational knowledge, but have areas for improvement in order to get the most out of their calls. Within this course, we cover how to build genuine rapport with prospects and effectively utilise active listening. We focus heavily on understanding the features, advantages and benefits of what they sell, and then using the solution sales model to ensure they meet their prospects needs, before finishing the day with looking at objection handling and effective follow up with prospects. At the end of this course, your employees will have a more advanced knowledge of how to build strong relationships and offer a more consultative approach to prospects, with written examples that they can use moving forwards.

Advanced – Telemarketing mastery ... from great to unstoppable!

Our advanced course is perfect for experienced sales professionals looking to enhance their telesales skills, increase conversion rates and build long-term customer relationships.

It also looks in depth around the negotiation process (and when not to!) as well as how to increase revenue from their current client base by cross-selling and upselling, as well asking for recommendations and referrals. At the end of this course, your team will come away with a more refined approach and the confidence to boost their conversion rates, with practical examples that they can use moving forwards
