Meet The Team – Imogen Fox
This week we wanted to introduce another member of our team to you all. Meet Imi Fox! Imi joined Premium Sales in August of 2019, with no previous sales experience. Nearly two years on, Imi has proved herself to be an invaluable member of the team, not only does she deliver an excellent service to our customers, but she’s an all-round good egg!
Why did you join Premium Sales?
I was looking to move away from my previous job in retail and wanted to expand my knowledge and experience within a professional industry. I had studied Business at college and wanted to put it to good use. I was ready for a change and wanted to work my way up within an office-based role.
Tell us about your current role within Premium Sales?
I currently work in the Prospect Conversion & Client Development team. I help to ensure that our customers are happy by speaking with them on a weekly basis to discuss the progress of their campaign. I manage the prospects on their Sales Pipeline to ensure they have the best opportunities to expand their business/customer base. Its great role and I’m really enjoying it.
How has your career progressed during your time with Premium Sales?
I initially started on the Administration team doing lead generation and gaining correct contact information for decision maker such as names and emails for the Sales team to progress. I quickly moved onto the Sales team myself, working to gain appointments or quotation opportunities for our customers. Since then, I have progressed onto the Prospect Conversion & Client Development team. I have been doing this role for about eight months and I really enjoy it. I’m so happy my career has progressed so much in the two years I’ve been with Premium Sales.
What has made you stay with Premium Sales for so long?
We all work together as a team and help each other out as much as we can. I couldn’t ask for better work colleagues. I love the job and love that I’m still learning and developing new skills every day.
How has the business changed from when you first joined til now?
When I first joined the company, we were a smaller team, but still gaining new customers week by week. The business grew quickly. When Covid hit and we went into lockdown, we then reduced to a core team. I was part of the team that worked all the way through lockdown, balancing work and my son at home. Now we are back to how we were before lockdown – if not better! Our team is forever growing and we are getting more and more customers join us every week. It’s great to see all the hard work and dedication pay off.
Why do you think people should outsource their sales??
Outsourcing your sales is a great idea, as you will have different people working your accounts, so there is always a different approach and a fresh pair of eyes on your leads. It saves you employing people specifically for that role and training them or worrying about holiday cover. Outsourcing gives you the flexibility you need and provides you with greater opportunities. We are determined to get your company name out there and get you trading with companies that you have asked us specifically to target.
